Our multidisciplinary diabetes team includes Consultant Diabetologists, specialist diabetes nurses, dietitians, podiatry (foot) specialists and psychologists. The team have access to state-of-the-art equipment for monitoring and managing diabetes, and provide one-to-one support, group education, and the latest information and literature to support our patients.
